Not medical advice. Peptune is an educational tool for logging and organizing information you enter yourself. It does not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, diagnosis, or treatment, and its calculators perform arithmetic only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision about your health. You are solely responsible for what you choose to do.
Acceptance
By downloading or using Peptune ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Because Peptune is distributed through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app; where these terms and Apple's EULA overlap, Apple's EULA governs your license to use the app.
What Peptune does
Peptune helps you record and organize your own protocol: the compounds you track, doses you log, injection sites, vial inventory, and reminders. It includes a reconstitution calculator that performs mathematical conversions based only on the numbers you enter. The compound reference information in the app is general and educational in nature.
No medical advice or professional relationship
Peptune is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing in the app is a substitute for the advice of a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider. The reference content and any calculated values are provided for general educational and record-keeping purposes only and may be incomplete or not applicable to your situation. Using the app does not create any doctor–patient or professional relationship between you and us.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the information you enter and for any decisions or actions you take. Calculator outputs are arithmetic based on your inputs and should always be independently verified; we are not responsible for entries, calculations, or reminders that are inaccurate, missed, or acted upon. Do not rely on the app for any time-sensitive or health-critical decision.
Purchases and subscriptions
Peptune offers optional paid features ("Peptune Pro"), sold as auto-renewing subscriptions (for example, a monthly plan and an annual plan) that may include an introductory free trial. Prices and any trial length are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your Apple Account settings.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase the associated subscription, where applicable.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. We cannot issue refunds directly; refund requests are made through Apple.
Acceptable use
Please use Peptune only for its intended purpose — organizing your own information on a device you own or control. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, and do not rely on it as a source of medical guidance.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Peptune is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app, its reference content, or its calculations will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss, injury, or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
